Our Story
High Quality Residential & Commercial Painting Since 1995
I started painting with another reputable painter, who served the southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa area in 1994, quickly learning the business. Shortly after, in 1995, I went out on my own starting what is now Pete’s Painting. Interior and exterior painting were my main focus early on, eventually progressing into a full shop capable of handling not only painting, but a full line of stained and lacquered woodwork.
At Pete’s Painting we strive to provide fast, friendly and courteous service. Our emphasis is listening to the customer, to get the job right the first time, every time! You can count on Pete’s Painting to get “Moore for less”!

Interior Painting
Our interior painting service offers top quality primers and paints to put the finishing touches on any job. Customers are especially happy with our attention to detail. A job that is done right the first time, every time is what we strive to deliver! No short cuts, no hidden costs!
Exterior Painting
Our goal at Pete’s Painting of southern Minnesota is to provide superior products and service that can withstand the weather that southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa can throw at it. All garbage and waste is removed from site, leaving your property looking immaculate and flawless; as you would expect from a professional painter!
And All of the Extras
Extra services provided by Pete’s Painting include, but are not limited to:
Power washing of houses, concrete, barns, decks, almost anything that can be power washed we can do!
– We also apply epoxy paints for flooring in basements, garages, shops, etc. at a fraction of the cost a big corporation would charge.
– We provide staining and lacquering of doors, trim for windows and baseboards. Anything that can be stained of lacquered we can accomplish.
– Any painting and or staining of kitchen cabinetry.
– Outdoor patio or deck cleaning and refinishing.
– And everyone’s least favorite thing to do: Wallpaper removal services.
